| It's great to hear you got your baby girl back! I wonder how many other 'lost' dogs could have the same happy ending if their families were as persistant as you and your family were. Welcome home Josie...now you can all relax. |

| Wow, I just read your story. Don't feel bad about not giving them reward money. I think that is what they wanted the whole time, either that or to sell her. People today make me so sick. I could never live with myself if I did that to anyone. Those people all made the wrong choices. They didn't post signs up, they didn't call shelters, they didn't even knock door to door. You can't just give something away that isn't your's. I think everyone will be hugging their dogs a little closer tonight thanks to your story. Thank god Josie is home safe. You're so lucky you got her back. Technically they could have tried to fight you for ownership since she's not microchipped. If there was any debate on it you would have just had the police take her to get scanned. It's much easier than trying to prove it with paperwork which takes much more time if she is papered. I don't know what I would have done in your situation. I would have definately cried and screamed after hearing her little barks inside that garage. I do agree with you, those people were all about the money. That girl not wanting to give Josie back makes me sick. I can't believe she gave you such a hard time. I'm so sorry for the hell you've been through. Thank god for this happy ending. Brandy and I will be thinking of you. |

| Unbelievable everything I have read on Josie. I just wonder if this kid was watching your home for the right opportunity to take her. You said you didn't know how she got out, and the bit with the sister wanting her. Ha! I don't think so. Maybe they got something going on stealing dogs for reward money. I would report everything to the police dept, and watch for further adds of this happening with them. Lock your doors, maybe that young punk snuck up & released her. Sounds like a scam going on here. I'm just tickled pink you got your little Josie safe at home. |

| YAY!!! Im so glad to hear that Josie is well and home where she belongs. Im also glad to hear that your police department is more help than ours was when we went through a similar situation. I know your baby is getting lots of love and kisses. |

ME Too! Group hug from my gang to you and Josie! I have to admit - I am still shell shocked! I can't believe that there really are such dangerous people out there. Guess while I'm waiting to have my girls microchipped at the end of the month, I better give them the "don't go with strangers" speech. I do beieve that what goes around comes around and they will get what's coming to them! J | |

| Veronica - I missed this entire ordeal due to my trip to Cleveland. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am for you that you had an angel looking out for you all and you were able to get your precious baby back. Hold on to her tight - give her lots of hugs and kisses!!! Was she stolen out of your yard by these folks?? I have heard of this happening far too much lately. At least this story has a happy ending! Kudos to all you YTers for your support once again.

| Please let us know that those kids are in some way made to understand the seriousness of their actions. If they get off with no repercussions, who knows if they will continue their past behaviour. |
