| I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | One website... By the way, I did want to mention divapup.com. I personally haven't ever bought a pup from them, however...I ALMOST did! I put a $500 deposit down on a Yorkie that I had fallen in love with and was going to buy and have shipped to me. However, when the lady from divapup called the pups breeder to ask her a few more questions for me that I had, she discovered that the puppy was going to be BIGGER than what it had listed on the web site. They had him confused with his sister. The boy pup that I had originally wanted was estimated to be over 8 lbs, and I had wanted a Yorkie that (hopefully) stayed between 3-4 lbs. Not that there is ANYTHING wrong with the bigger ones, but I have had bigger dogs all my life (not that ANY Yorkie would be considered "big" anyway, LOL), but I myself just wanted a smaller dog. Anyhow, my whole point to this story is that they did in fact reimburse my entire $500 RIGHT AWAY after I had called and told them that I wasn't going to take the pup. I had no problems with them what-so-ever. Then again, I never "went all the way" with my purchase either. From my experience though, they are extremely nice and helpful. I can't imagine anyone ever having a problem with them, but then again, you NEVER know!!!!

He told me at first he was in texas and then I was close to buying it but then he mentioned the $$ would have to be sent to nigera, thank god I didnt do it!!! I feel really confident with the breeder I chose she is vvery friendly over the phone and has given me lots of info about James and yorkies in general.

				 | Price? Sorry to post this again. But I am considering a pup from utah. Thank you. I've been looking and this one says on it's ad: *Registered *Pedigree *Puppy Contract/Guarantee *Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (With shipping) *Micro-Chipped (Incase ever lost or stolen) *Current on all vaccinations *Wormed *Puppy Packet (Vaccination schedule and history, Crate Training info., Potty Training info.) *Already Paper Trained *Travel Crate with shipping *Raised in a loving home not a Kennel All this is included. after bargaining, including shipping, how much do you think is a good price? |

That depends on the puppy and it's pedigree. What size is it? I'd say for a quality pup $1200 to $1500. I had mine shipped from California and everything went well. Research the breeder, even ask for references. | |

				 | Be Careful I have seen many scammers with yorkies for sale on nextdaypet.com. Many of them showed that they were located here in the United States. I've even seen the same seller's name with addresses in different states. Some of the scammers are very good at what they do! They go the extra mile to make you believe that everything is legit. Get the name of the seller....call information in that city and state and see if they even have a listing for that seller... matter of fact, you can go on switchboard.com and search it. Scammers often give fake addresses. How much are they asking for the puppy? If you want, PM me and give me the name and address of the person selling including the phone number if u have it...I'll investigate it for you. Those scammers make me so mad!

				 | I bought Diamond online from puppyfind.com and even on there, there were A LOT of scammers. You just have to find the time to research breeders. Diamond was shipped to me from Oklahoma to Virginia and all went well. I still keep in contact with the breeder, she is a sweetheart! |

				 | Another sign that it's a scam is when they say "we are never in a hurry to find homes for our yorkies", or something to that effect. |

				 | I would most definitely find a breeder who maybe someone here has bought from. This way you at least know the breeder is someone honest with a good reference. I looked on some of those petfinder websites and found that some of the pics were of other peoples yorkies and not even their own!! So just be careful. Good luck with your search!!!! LEt us know how it goes. |

				 | Why not just look in your local newspaper for yorkies for sale?? That way you can actually go and see where they live and their parents (if possible).. that is what I did and turns out the breeder only lived 5 mins away from me! So I still get to visit her and ask her questions..etc if I wanted to |
