| I wish I had my camera Jimmy, Ethan & I were in the pool yesterday. We have one of the inflatable pools thats rises as the water fills up. Anyway, while we were in there yesterday I heard Wyatt barking. I lean over and pick him up and he immediately tries to climb up my neck because he is afraid that I'm going to put him down in the water. I lay him on a float that we have in there and at first he is very apprenhensive(sp) afraid that he is going to fall in or, that we are going to put him in. Once he calms down and realizes we are not going to bother him he lays on the float for a good 30 minutes or longer until we decide to get out. He even gets relaxed enough that he almost falls asleep. I was completely and totally shocked. How many other yorkies out there like the water. I'm not saying that Wyatt likes it well enough to actually get in it. The only place where he wasn't really wet was his head.

| We have pool in the ground. The dogs love to run around it, play ball with the kids when they are in the pool but when it comes to them getting in the water, you might as well be pulling teeth. The only time they get in the pool is if they accidently fall in. That is other than days it is so hot, like it has been here since Sunday, in the 90's. I put them in near the steps, rather they like it or not. I don't put them in just because it's hot but to teach them to swim to the steps where they can get out. If someone accidently falls in, the rest of the dogs bark, and bark, and bark. And I can tell the difference in the way they bark when someone is in the pool. By the sounds of today's weather forecast, they will be going swimming again today.

OMG they are adorable. We will definitely be going swimming today. I think a couple of Ethan's friends may be coming over to go swimming with him. I just wonder how Wyatt will be today.

| Mitzi is... was not very fond of water either until we got a kiddy pool and filled it with 3 inch of water. Yesterday she actually wanted to get in there after our walk. Miracles still happen!!!! |
