What to do breeder question

I have 2 that are AKC and 4 that's CKC and when I bought them the papers was with the pup. I have 4 pups right now that are CKC and the day they were born I called CKC and I had the papers in 3 days, these pups was from my CKC adult yorkies. I think she is giving you the run around if AKC does not know who she is she didn't reg the parents AKC is slow but not that slow. I wish you luck I don't like to be lied I would go after her in court or what ever it takes that's a lot of $$$ to pay and not get the papers, if you decide to breed you need the AKC paper.

Could her last name be Foster? Since her site it "Fosters Teacup puppies" Maybe her last name is foster not butler I think it is illegal wot sell a reg puppy without it papers unless there is a bill of sale stating so and then they MUST be rcvd by new owner within a reasonable time

Here in Canada, unless that registration from the Canadian Kennel Club can be provided by the breeder, it is illegal to sell a dog or puppy as a purebred.
For $2600 I would certainly expect a lot more than promises.
I bought a finished proven stud show dog last year for $2500 Canadian dollars and he has proven to be a valuable addition to my kennel in the quality of puppies he is producing.

Just been throught a thing with a breeder here in Canada to get my pups paper. it is approaching the 6 month mark and I undersatand that the papers are finally in the mail. Unfortunately, when we picked up the pup, I forgot the contract and even though I asked that it would be sent out and was told it would be, it wasn't. Hope the papers do arrive before the end of 6 months because I would rather not take action. But when you are promised papers and pay for papers, you should get them!
