ACK papers not in yet but Gia is ready to come home

The breeder just sent me this email back... THE PAPERS CAME TODAY


Hi, The AKC papers came in today so theres no problem. She is too tiny to breed, as you wanted a tiny one. I just wanted to make sure you understand that, since I dont sell them for breeders or to kennels, but only for much loved pets. I think we have already discussed that, and it is also discussed on my website. Of course I know if you had wanted one to breed, you would have mentioned that before now! So, no problems. The AKC papers will be in the clear envelope on the crate.

Also, my contract will come with her crate on the plane. It is mostly for your protection and says that you have 48 hours to get her vet-checked for any defects. So, your vet appointment will be just right. After that, if there is an inherited defect which is life threatening- in other words, if she dies within the first year- then I will replace her with a like-value puppy as one becomes available. I have not had to do that, ever. But just thought I'd mention that too. Please copy and send a signed copy back to me of the contract so I'll also have one for my files. Thanks, Lisa

When I got Parker his papers werent back yet either. So she gave me a notorized paper stateing that she would mail papers as soon as they came in. That was my protection to have it notorized. it only cost them $5.00 at any bank. Also have her state that they are AKC Papers
