| My furbaby, Frodo, was MUCH darker as a pup - you can see his picture on my avatar. But now, at 8 months, he is totally blonde. I love his color, I think it adds to the cuteness factor ![]() ![]()

| If you question the Pure breed of any puppy or dog. Ask the breeder to look at the Pedigree papers of the Parents. IF registered with CKC, I would question True Pedigree. If you can see AKC Pedigree of the parents, then I call those pups a through back. Good luck, again,....."Buyer Beware!!!!!"

| Personally, I wouldn't pay $1,600 for a Yorkie that I had concerns about from someone that I did not know. There are lots of beautiful well bred pups available for less than that. I paid more for Zoe, but she comes from a well respected quality breeder and she's a tiny, which is what I wanted. If you like the color, that would not be so much an issue to me as the health, disposition and quality of the coat. Coat quality can make a huge difference in the appearance and maintenance if you want a long coat that is. All depends on what you are looking for. |

| Just another thought to throw out there....that pup looks much older than 13 weeks in the first pic. If the age is incorrect..what else might not be true?

| Just goes to show that you live and learn. I have never before heard of a 'golden' yorkie. Julz - your babies are incredibly beautiful. You are very lucky. I have to say that I do still love the standard colors the best. But a golden 'accident' isn't very hard to take either!

| Ok you guys...my mother has decided not to even inquire about this little yorkie. However, after seeing the beautiful pictures of Julz's babies, she is now on a quest to get a blond yorkie. At this point she doesn't care what price she has to pay to get one. So if anyone knows a reputable breeder that is selling one, preferrably a girl, please let me know. My mother is at home alone now that my brother recently moved out and she just wants a companion. Size is not an issue for her. Thanks
