![]() I'm posting again to bump this to the top. I looked into the Coat Handler products. Sounds pretty nice. But the Duurstedt came highly recommended on another board. My problem is Tatum is nice and clean smelling and feeling but her hair is not all that shiny. Would this Coat Handler help that. I didn't have time to look real closely at the FAQ's yet but there is a 15:1 that you are supposed to use and then the 5:1? Or maybe the 15:1 dilutes down.....how does this shampoo/conditioner set work? And has anyone here tried the Duurstedt and compared it to the Coat Handler? -Angie

![]() I've about given up having a really groomed looking Yorkie! One day after he has been to the groomer he just looks like a good ol' messy, gready boy kid. I really think it is Yorkies! We keep him in a puppy cut, and he is so cute and full of personality, that being messy is just part of it. We only bathe him about once a month because we put flea and tick meds on him.....He's an outdoor doggie, too, and I don't want him to get buggy. If he's really messy, I let him go swimming and the pond water makes him all soft and shiny again, without drying him out or affecting the flea stuff.

![]() I have tried the duurstedt and am using the petsilk right now. I like them both. duurstedt is more expensive than the petsilk which is the reason I am with petsilk. I used the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner(petsilk) and loved it. I ordered the detangling shampoo and conditioner this last time and don't like it as well.
