| ![]() They give you a sheet of paper with specific instructions. I don't think you can mess it up unless you use more or less than the specified amount of shampoo/water. But with me, you never know ![]()

| ![]() Not sure after all the spots I found, I invested in the Hoover one at Lowes. Its wonderful.. Its around $350.00 but works great and steam cleans and w/ auto rinse and doesnt leave your carpets very wet at all. Wouldnt live without it now!!! |

| ![]() I bought a Bissell. Like you, I clean the spots with the pet odor remover when she pees. I do notice that when I clean the carpets the pee smells starts to rise. ![]() ![]()

| ![]() it would be interesting for someone to be brave enough to test with black light before stain remover applied, then after, then after steam cleaning.
