| One ear flopped ! Satch's ears were standing nicely and all of a sudden the one on the right just flopped!! It happened before we got Sammi so I know it wasn't done while playing.Is there anything I can do to get it to stand up again? Satch will be 11 months old the 6th of Aug.I hope you can help me.Thanks

| Hummmm...one of his ears was probably just meant to stay down. My sister's yorkie, Sophie, used to hold both us for the longest time. Then one day, one just fell down and she never put it back up! Here's a pic of Hobbs and his best bud Sophie. As far as getting it to stand up again, make sure you shave the upper 1/3 of his ear...if you can't do it, a groomer can. Also, try massaging it regularly. That is all I know of to do! |

| I think that since they stood up before, that it will go up again. Maddie's almost 2 years old and every now and then one of hers will flop...actually...that happened yesterday. I do need to shave her ears...can't believe how fast her hair grows. Also, massaging the floppy ear should help too! Good luck!

| Don't know if this happens with other people, but I have noticed that when Bailey gets stressed, one of her ears fall. It only lasts a day or 2.
