It took me many,many years to find out that this the breed that I should have had all my life

I got my first puppy " Satch",a little 8 week old male last Aug. 4th and found out that the expression " if you have one ,you will want 2 is the truth. I just got my little girl " Sammi" that turned 8 weeks old today,2 weeks ago.I am 64 years young and with these little guys running around ,I don't expect to get any older

I even wake up with a smile

I have also found that the nicest people you can ever want to know are here and want to be your friend and help in any way possible.If you have a question, just type it out,someone will post it seems,within minutes.

I haven't even started "the search" yet - I'm still spending every possible minute on this forum, reading and reading a..n..d...

.
I do know though that when I eventually become a Yorkie Mom, there will always be some place I can go to get wise counsel and help.
By the way do any of you remember what housework is? I have done virtually no chores at all since finding you.

Lorrie, welcome to YT. This is the site where you can learn so much about being owneD by one of these Yorkie critters. Betcha can't stop with one.
I breed and I often refer inquirers who don't know enough yet to make a good choice in a Yorkie and a breeder. So, ask your questions, make your comments and someone is sure to see them...and respond.

Lorrie: as I think you have learned, BEWARE, CAUTION!!!! This place is SO addictive.... I joined, kinda backwards, AFTER I had my Tootie but have learned alot from the good people here! and YES, I am on the look for my
2nd one.... it is so true, you cant have just one.

Welcome my new UK friend.
I was looking for yorkie info when I found this site too. That was a few weeks ago. My baby was born the Friday before Mothers Day and should be ready to come home in the next 2-4 weeks. I'm so excited! Everyone here is happy for me and shares my excitement. It is really great.

You are right about this group of people. I love to roam around the forums and ask questions as well. Don't be shy and if you haven't read the scamming the scammer thread you are missing a really fun time.
