| Ceramic or metal bowls? Do you feed your furbaby out of ceramic bowls or metal bowls? Have you noticed that they eat better out of one than the other? |

| Princess has ceramic, metal, and glass bowls. Not sure if she likes any of them better, but they sure are cute.

| I have both but usually feed them out of the ceramic. They eat out of both okay. I think either one is okay just not plastic bowls

| I don't think my three care, BUT I certainly feel better when I feed them out of ceramic -- actually, I feed them out of the little desert bowls that came with my china |

| I use both stainless steel and ceramic. I dont' think they care much which one they eat out of.

| Ceramic bowls can harbor bacteria, so we feed out of stainless just to be on the safe side

Yeah, if you wash them often enough I'm sure it's fine. I just found it easier to wipe out metal ones

| I use both ceramic and stainless steel. I leave the ceramic ones in the kitchen downstairs and the stainless steel upstairs in my home theater. |

| I started using ceramic bowls, because they have nicer patterns and are more colorful. I used to use stainless steel ones, they both are easy to clean. The only reason why I use these types is because I heard that plastic bowls will make their noses pink becasue they rub and rub and their coloring comes off. I don't know if this is true, but I don't want to risk it

| Stainless steel all the way. I heard ceramic and plastic bowls can harbor bacteria. My cocker is actually allergic to them and her nose will get all dry and flaky and her chin will lose hair with red bumps. So all of my animals are fed out of stainless steel bowls and they are sterilized and washed each time.
