| I love top knots and bows on boys but daughter hates them and our boy dog is her dog. I snuck this one in Spike's when she wasn't home. I thought she'd like it once she saw it (it is a boy bow after all), but she thought it was awful. I've started doing bowless topknots and so far she's okay with it. So... my long answer to your question is, I vote for a topknot! |

| My boy wears a topknot, I like them in a full coat with topknot included, I guess I just like the show yorkie look, plus in my opinion you can see their beautiful faces alot better with a topknot than with bangs. I also put bows in his hair as well but only in blue. So I will always have yorkies with topknots regardless if they are a male or female.

| Joey wears a top knot with a bow. He doesn't mind at all. He looks adorable. I did have him in bangs and now they are growing out. I like the top knot look better. The guys never say anything about it. I dare them LOLOL

| I love topknots and bows on boys! I even put red on my boys!!!! I don't think there is anything wrong with that! As long as they don't mind the topknot and bow, and they will keep it in, hey why not!!!! I get told that they shouldn't be in bows, but they love it! I am growing my boys hair out and I think its looks great!! here they are!!!! I just call them my little metros!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!

| We totally Rock the Top Knot over here. BUT to make it sound a little less girly to my DH we call it a Sumo. I think it is so cute for yorkies to have little ponytails. I want a little girl so I can do pigtails!! Here are some pics of Mr. Keeley on his Dogster page, scroll down towards the bottom of the screen. www.dogster.com/?169319 |

| No topknots here. I hate them on boys and the first time I took Nikko to the groomer she put a topknot on him with a little blue bow. Ugh!! If I had wanted a girl dog I would have bought one instead of Nikko!! Needless to say it came right off. However, I think the girls look adorable in them, especially with the pretty bows.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I love the topknot boy or girl. My last male Zorro always had a bow in but they were manly colors. I'm glad your keeping it!!

| Well, my family was all against the topknot until Topher came back from the groomer's the other day. He looks so cute in it. I draw the line at bows, though, and just use a small elastic type thingy. It's not too girly. He can see, too, which must be nice for him. My groomer suggested that we keep the head hair long as it's easier in the long run and we don't have to keep trimming it. I agree with that. I think the boys look so darned cute either way, but I'm going to keep the topknot, personally. It's a bit hard to see in this photo (the hair is still pretty short), but it's nice to see his eyes for a change! His bangs will take a few more months to be long enough to tie back. |
