| Yay for Tia! I'm so proud of my little girl! She went on her second "longish" walk yesterday and is getting SO good about the leash. She pulls a little, but then walks really well. I've found that taking Sandy with us really helps her out, she seems to copy what Sandy is doing. I hadn't before because I thought having Sandy along would distract her and make her want to play more. AND she had her first adventure in her carrier today. I felt like she was finally a little more comfortable with it, so I packed her in and we walked with my son to school. My little baby didn't make a peep, just looked out through the mesh at all of the kids walking by. I am so proud of her and SO excited that now I feel like I can start taking her more places in her carrier! YAY TIA!

| Congratulations Aimee! That is so cool! I haven't even attempted the leash thing yet with my two little ones -- I guess I'm just nervous about it. That's great about her liking her carrier too! How did you get her used to it? Did you leave it out on the floor for her to get in and play in for awhile?

| Yup - per the advice I found here, I put it on the floor and occasionally would put a treat in there. She would go in, sniff around, get out. But I think she realized it wasn't an evil place. Now I'm hoping she'll get that when I get out the carrier, she gets to go byebye!
