so she decided to post another commen on my website I made to try and stop her (the breeder that is) and this is what she decided to say...

*if you have a problem why don't you have the guts to call me i can contacting a layer to find out who you are many people are calling me to complain about you not me many people that have bought puppies from me and they are really happy if you have a problem you contact the person and straighten it out not go hide on the computer in the law it is called defermantion of cacharacter

yea I am really sure people are calling her to complain about me!!! what a moron it make me so angry!!!!!!

I'm a future breeder and I know for a fact I will NOT send my pups to just ANYONE. Not all breeders who ship are unprofessional..that is a blanket statement and is simply not true. you say and I quote "most breeders I have seen who is (are) willing to ship a pup charges (charge) a (an) arm and a leg for there (their) pups and if the new owner can pay that sort of price for a pup, then they can pay for a plane ticket to go pick up the pup! I don't think it's fair to judge people who choose to have thier pups shipped to them rather than fly to pick up the pup themselves. I have had two puppies shipped to me in fine condition by very professional breeders. Thank you and good luck with your breeding program.

First of all why would anyone complain about you, you didn't do anything wrong. Just proves how stupid they are. So Sorry about your puppy. It is sad, parvo is one of the things you can protect your pup from so easily.

All you need is a clean environment and shots to prevent it. I think you should take legal action, just for the fact if not you who will? I would want this woman out of business!!!

Bad breeder= Joseph Jones in RockNwood Kennels.
My puppy only died last Saturday, and heartbroken and afraid of the risk of another unhealthy dog from the same breeder, we decided we'd like our money back or the veteranarian expenses covered and a new dog.
His contract states that he will send a new dog.
Now after I sent him the documentation that he required, he is telling me it is my fault that the pup died and that he will not send me anything until a judge orders him to do so. I am horrified and totally livid at the same time that in Bogey's memory all of this is happening. He sent me a dog that was 1.5 pounds and nursed on its mother till the day before he left on a 50 hour trip to me. He had an open Fontanel and even the shipping group said that he's the tiniest they've ever seen and that they almost lost him a couple of times...all they did was feed him with a syringe and also syringed karo syrup in his mouth. The breeder should never have sent him and he only got worse when he came to us. He was constantly on a see saw...his blood sugar never stabilized and I brought him to the vet after having already bruoght him the first day I got him. The puppy's body failed to respond to the IV's and everything that they gave him and he continued to not want to eat. Pls help me because now the breeder says I have harrassed him and he will not do anything until a judge orders him to do so. He said for me never to contact him again...see below after I scanned in all of the vet charts that they copied for me. Do I continue with my issue by disputing the charge on the credit card regarding quality and goods and services?
This is horrible!!!

Well, I would say that he/she had some help writing the last communication or maybe has learned to use spellchek..Only ONE misspelled word but it was a big one..Sorry, that strikes me as funny...
Anyhow, I would continue to fight this thru the credit card company especially if you have a written contract about another puppy and now they say they will not do anything unless ordered by a court. My friend who went to get the puppy she had already paid for, took the puppy to an ER because it was acting sick no more than 2 hours away from the breeder's house. The puppy was diagnosed with LS and probably hydrocephaly. She contacted the credit card co (she paid thru paypal) and they told her to take the puppy back to the breeder BUT BE SURE TO TAKE A POLICEMAN WITH HER as they had had really terrible experiences with dishonest breeders. She did, and the guy almost wet himself when he saw the cop. She did give the puppy back and eventually was credited with the cost of the puppy.
BTW, it was a different breeder...within 24 hours, he had re-listed the puppy for twice the amount she had paid and it included shipping. He would insure the puppy and when it was dead on arrival at the airport of the next buyer, he would collect from the ins. co, keep the cost of shipping from the buyer ($250.00) so he made out like a bandit..$3200.00 for the puppy and $250.00 for shipping..

I can't believe that guy got away with that...I really hate some people. I was brought up thinking people were inherantly good...but I've been disappointed so much!

I think I will continue through with the credit card company, but I am also concerned with making sure that other people are aware of his dishonest practice. Let me ask one more question though:

His contract does state that he does not reimburse vet bills in capital bold letters...This I only received with shipment of the puppy (which was about 2months after my payment was made-he told me if I didn't make the payment in full, then they wouldn't keep me on the wait list for the puppy).
I however, never signed the contract, and as far as I can best remember, no where did it say that upon my purchase I understood those terms to be the case.

This is certainly something I can dispute right?

Oh man this really upset me like really bad. When one of my yorkies has a litter The first thing I do is take them to the vet, and when it time for shots off to the vet I go,in all the shots they have parvo in them, I do not let my puppies on the dirt or grass until the last shot, vets orders I go what my vet says to the tee.

Did you take her to the vet when you got her to be checked? I took Kizzy the day after I got her. My breeder gave me 4 days to get money back or another dog if it was due to illness. Which I thought all breeders gives at least 2 days. She didnt want me to take 4 but I told her it was the only way I would buy her. Or does parvo show up that early, I dont know anything about it. But why cant yu take her to civil court and make her pay you your money back since you have the vet to back up your story? I think I would.
That is so unfair and so much money to just throw in the garbage, or same as.
