Question Regarding the "Law" and Selling Your Pups

You could sell on spay/neuter contract. I plan on doing that unless it's someone I know. Then even at that they will have to prove to me they know what they are doing and why they are doing it. I know the word prove sounds harsh but you know what i mean. I can't stand the thought of my puppies sitting in a cage or some kennel so I'm going to do everything I can to assure that doesn't happen. But Iknow what you mean it's scary isn't it.

it is very scary. i have not even started to breed as of yet. i have more research to do , but that thought sticks in my mind often. my husband says he would go as far as telling them he needs to do a home visit(with proof of residence). i don't think he realized that he would fall in love with them too. he is almost as bad as i am......

I think breeders have the rite to find the best home for the pups. I don't see it as discrimination at all. Of course it will hurt if you don't get the pup, but at the end we all want what is best for the pup. Im not a breeder and I dont really knoe the laws. This is jmo.
