I paid $850 for Ollie, she is estimated to be about 4.5 pounds full grown. I bought her from Prarieview Kennels in Lennox SD.

Holy Crap! I can't believe how much people will pay for Yorkies! It's unbelivable! I got extreamly lucky, of course my baby did not come with papers and if I wanted I could CKC her, cause her daddy was registered, but papers did not mean anything to me, all I cared about was getting her to love. And she was $475, but now that I have her, I would pay top dollar! We are suckers

Well, My husband thought I was nuts, since I am GOING thru the Menapause.. haha.. but once we got him he is priceless and I'm not nuts.. hehe.. I paid $950.00 for Snickers, an I am getting me a new little Boy Tomorrow an I paid $1500.00 for him. So now my husband is going to admit me into the looney bin.. hehe.. Well he will go bonkers for this one too! They are my chidren and I spoil them. Now Libby the Maltese, I paid 800.00. She is priceless to us too now.

I'm fortunate, my husband went nuts with me. We just got Ollie and are working on getting a little boy and then later this summer a third one.

It's our retirement hobby.

I always say that I would pay whatever was necessary for Georgie what a joy he has brought to our lives

I just paid $700.00 for my new Baby Chloe. She is supposed to be around 4 lbs. It is the same price (o.k. Rosie was $699.00 in 1994, so one penny more) I paid for Rosie. I was such a sumb cluck. I fell in love with her in Uncel Bills Pet store and ( my earlier mantra was that I was going to ask God when I saw Him, just exactly why He created dogs) and It was love at first sight. When we asked how much she was and the lady said "sixninetynine", I thought: "Gee, I would have thought a cute little puppy like this would have been at least $20.00". Imagine my surprise at check out! As others have said she was worth evey penny and much more!
So far Chole seems to be a littel angel too!

In April, 2005 I paid $800 for Bogey from a breeder who has been in the business for close to 40 years. He was not show quality because his coloring was too light and he had one undescended testicle. He is now almost 14 months old and weighs 4.3 lbs. He is a delight!!!!!

In August, 2005 I paid $1000 for Gabe from a hobby breeder who has been in the business for over 5 years. He is not quite 10 months old and weighs 6 lbs.. He has the sweetest personality and is the nicest cuddler there ever was!!!!!

Each boy was worth every penny and both my husband and I have been well trained by them in the past year!!!!!

Max is under 3 lbs and was $2000 8 mo ago.
