Molly doesn't understand 'No'!

This is an extremely annoying habit she has. Please tell me it's just a phase! It's stressing everybody out and we can't enjoy having her anymore (kinda) cause she doesn't understand when we tell her something is bad.
Since we have gotten her she has:
Chased out feet when we walk.
Bitten our noses, lips and hands.
Bitten and chewed practically anything that we're using.
Always thinks your playing when trying tactics for obedience.
Is ALWAYS persistant.

We have tried:
Locking her in a diff room for about 30 seconds.
Holding her mouth shut.
Tapping her on the nose.
Shouting at her.
Yelping when she playbites/chews.
Instead of scolding, simply transfering our hand with a toy.
Ignoring her.

None of these seem to work. It's like she wants to always be naughty. Don't get me wrong, she is a very clever puppy. She knows how to sit, stay and spin and we've only had her for about 3 weeks. She is just very, very persistant and seems to have selective hearing. Honestly, everyone is getting VERY annoyed..

Any ideas for a puppy born to be disobedient?
Any advice would be FANTASTIC.

I'm sorry...she will NEVER outgrow this....you're just going to have to find the best possible Plastic Surgeon available...

I learned this from my uncle who while not a dog trainer is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. When they are doing something they shouldn't you need to put them "down" in the submissive postion. You do this by putting your hand on their backs and gently forcing them down on the ground...laying down on their tummies. You keep them in this postion for maybe a minute. They will learn soon enough who's boss.

We are at the point were Katy knows when she has done wrong and punishes herself (her own time out). She will go out the doogie and and look in the window until she determines herself fulling punished. No amount of coaxing, treats or good girls will do. It is really funny.

I don't know if it will work with your baby, but what worked for Rowdy was to put on his harness and then when he was naughty, I would grab him quickly by the back of the harness (not harshly, just quickly so that it startled him) shake him by the harness (not hard, but enough to really startle him) and say "NO!" in a very loud voice. It only took 3 tiimes for Rowdy to decide not to do what he was doing to elicit that scenario.
