even when noad hasn't been bathed clipped or brushed in awhile he is the cutest little guy in the entire world. my fiance will occasionally make fun, and try to tell me that my dog is "ugly" but I just tell him he is jealous that Noah gets more of my attention than he does.

Besides, his dog is a lab, what does he know about cute? But other than him just giving me a hard time, I have NEVER heard of a person not thinking a yorkie was cute. My parents own a Pom, and my soon-to-be sister-in-law owns a Chi. and I think NOAH is that BEST of them all!

I think Yorkies are downright darling - but only depending on their cut. I also think Yorkies can look a little -- would messy be the right word??? -- if they have long, not well kept hair.

I know you can go through many of the pictures here and see some of the cutest little dogs in the world (regardless of their age).

My pup is six months old - with beautiful, silver, shinny hair that is about an inch long. He is really a cute, handsome little guy. I am going to let him grow longer when this summer is over - and we'll see how we do. I need to find out how he'll look - and find out how much work it will be for me (I don't have a lot of time)........and already have a Bichon - who is like combing a sheep!!!!

Good luck! Yes - Yorkies can certainly be very very cute and darling little guys. I think some Poms are beautiful - and some not so beautiful. And - Chihuahuas - cute - but not like Poms and Yorkies - to me anyway!

I can certainly be wrong about this - but it seems that most people enjoy the Yorkie personality much more that the Pom or the Chihuahua. But, I am sure there are a lot of exceptions.

MOST OF ALL -- Remember - you can see 10 different Yorkies - and with their different sizes, cuts, and colors - you'd swear you are look at 10 different dogs........they definitely do not all look the same.

I have a pom and a yorkie, Cali is the 4th yorkie that i have owned and just with my experience the pom is pretty but her personality doesn't match her looks. She is standoffish, snappy and a horribel barker. All of my Yorkis have been sweet and cuddly. The pom's coat does look better most of the time but give me a Yorkie any day!!!

Yorkies are Precious! I have a big mix of furbabies... Yorkie, Boston Terrier, Lab and Chi Spitz mix... I love them all just the same, my Chi is my light but the Yorkie is definitely the cutest....

no way, like NO WAY! trust me, when you get your pup they will be all over her/him like the rest of us!

i know a girl, and when i told her i was getting a yorkie soon(EEEEE!!!) she was like ew, they look like rats!

i was all like OH NO YOU DIDNT! and she was like, OH YES I DIDNT, and i was like, well you get the point...

I didnt know I wanted a yorkie till I had a mis fortunate accident with a Doberman, and the misfortune was he almost took off my bottom lip! YES OUCH! But after my accident I was determined to have my baby girl, you know how some kids have imaginary friends? Well I had an imaginary Yorkie named Kloey, and she helped me get through all my rough nights when the nightmares just would not stop, I was a woman on a mission to find my little girl, I went to some local breeders around here and one I found was a puppy mill and my heart was just broken, so I kept searching and searching and finally I was contacted by a wonderful lady in Ohio, 3 hours away from me, but I didnt care!
Finally Kloey was not imaginary anymore, she is real and soooooooo cute and soooooooo sweet. Just hold a yorkie in your arms for 1 minute and your heart will melt. When I get off of work my little girl cant wait for me to pick her up, she is so excited, she knows how much I love her and vise versa. I truley will love her forever!

I think Yorkies are cute no matter what their hair looks like. I really have no preference to the style of hair - I like them all (long, mid length, puppy cut, etc). I think they are cute smelly, dirty, in need of a bath, groomer, detangling spray - anything! I think, for me, it is all in their eyes! - even the abused or rescued Yorkies - they just have a look that melts your heart.

I have said this a bunch of times. I was NOT an animal lover at all! I never found any dog,cat,fish,ferret that I liked. I always knew that yorkies looked cute and I didn't even know the breed's name! Until one day I got a little male Yorkie that we named Cookie. He filled my heart with so much love and joy. I talk about him as if I was talking about a human baby boy! My mother who hated any dog getting near her now ADORES Cookie! Every time I talk to her ,she asks me how Cookie is and asks what adventures he's gone through today

He is the MOST spoiled little baby I know!
Let me tell you something. I guarantee that a Yorkie will steal your mom and sister's hearts!
