I think Yorkies are downright darling - but only depending on their cut. I also think Yorkies can look a little -- would messy be the right word??? -- if they have long, not well kept hair.

I know you can go through many of the pictures here and see some of the cutest little dogs in the world (regardless of their age).

My pup is six months old - with beautiful, silver, shinny hair that is about an inch long. He is really a cute, handsome little guy. I am going to let him grow longer when this summer is over - and we'll see how we do. I need to find out how he'll look - and find out how much work it will be for me (I don't have a lot of time)........and already have a Bichon - who is like combing a sheep!!!!

Good luck! Yes - Yorkies can certainly be very very cute and darling little guys. I think some Poms are beautiful - and some not so beautiful. And - Chihuahuas - cute - but not like Poms and Yorkies - to me anyway!

I can certainly be wrong about this - but it seems that most people enjoy the Yorkie personality much more that the Pom or the Chihuahua. But, I am sure there are a lot of exceptions.

MOST OF ALL -- Remember - you can see 10 different Yorkies - and with their different sizes, cuts, and colors - you'd swear you are look at 10 different dogs........they definitely do not all look the same.
