| The Gods of Thunder :( We are in the middle of Mitzi's first REAL storm today. We have the kind of thunder that shakes all your windows and pops your ear drums. The good news is that she doesn't seem particularly bothered (while I am typing from under the bed ). At the moment she is "wiping off" on my bed, after being out in the rain, playing soccer (her daily sporting activity). And seems very curious about the whole loud clapping of thunder bit. I wish I was as brave as she is!! The other good news is that she finally will go out in the rain. We were already outside when it began, so I don't know if that is why she didn't care, but YeeeHaaaaaawwww!!! How do your dogs cope with thunder?

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Eddie freaks out with thunder. Fireworks is worse. He hides under the bad and refuses to come out. He actually took off and ran away for 4 hours when my mother in law was watching him on the Fourth of July. Even tiny booms are a problem. I'm glad your girl doesn't seem to mind.
