Is there a rain date??

I sure hope the weather is nice!!!

Okay I know I answered this earlier but not as throughouly as I would have liked to. Hopefully the weather will be beautiful!

Nice and sunny! (mybe we should make a rain date just in case, so we can have the word out now, so it's not completely last minute)..but still (((postive vibes)))!!
I truely hope lil' miss Wosie keeps her self straight until after our fun in the sun in Gboro! If not, maybe she can wear a diaper? I'm not too sure how it works.
The last thing, if we have 200 people it will be the best YT meet up ever, and the dogs will be so exhasted, and we will be so tired, it will be fabulous. And of course if there are 20-30 people, it is going to be absolutally supereb of course!!!

So no worries. You have done all the planning possible at this point so now it is time for you to sit back and relax and watch this amazing event unfold!!!

Thanks so much for all your encouragement and postive words, Hannah and everyone!! Yup, I do think we ought to have a rain date, and I will contact the Park to see what they suggest.

How do you guys feel about a rain date? The next day is Sunday of course, and some people have church and family to deal with, so we probably shouldn't do that. The following week is Easter and that's why we decided not to go then. The week after is the 22nd. Would that day work for y'all if a rain date is needed?

DANG it BETTER NOT RAIN!!!

So far, I can't get off work on the 8th

so, to be selfish of me (haha) the next weekend is the best even though it is Easter weekend. However, if not, then I vote for the 29th as I KNOW I am off work that weekend as well!!

Sorry you did not get the 8th off. Maybe if it does rain, we'll try for the 29th so that you can be there!!

Another door prize arrived yesterday! Carol from www.carolspetcare.com (a friend of Melinda's) sent us a "collar blinker"! It's a little light you attach to your pup's collar, and you can see where they are outside in the dark! Too cool!!

WOW, thanks again to everyone who is donating stuff for our meetup......

Well, I don't know which weekend would be better for me if we have to cancel b/c of rain..... My husbands family actually does Easter the weekend after Easter or the next weekend after. His uncle is a Minister (or something) and he has his serman and they live in Raleigh. To my husbands family, Easter is just like Christmas. Everyone from both sides of the faimly comes over, which included about 15 to 20 kids...... We hide about 400 easter eggs over about 2 acres for all the kids to find. (According to how old the kids are is according to the color of their eggs. For the older ones we hide the blue colored eggs and we hide them hard to find. And for the little kids then we have yellow or another color and we make them easy to find) I don't know which weekend were going to do it so I guess it doesn't matter to me.... I'll just have to see how things work out.

Well, I found out last nit that my friend from the bowling alley cannot come. She got off work and then her sister called and reminded her about her niece's b-day that Sat. So I guess it'll just be me coming.....

Got a phone call today from a woman who is involved in Greensboro Yorkie Rescue! She has rounded up about a half dozen people and between 6 to 12 yorkies to come to our MeetUp! Isn't that cool?? Greensboro Yorkie Rescue will also bring some information about their program, so I am looking forward to meeting them.

This is going to be so cool! The other good news is I got the beautiful $30 gift certificate from Michele (Waistful) for artwork! I also got a gift certificate from Kristin (Lil' Mis' Magic) for a beautiful yorkie blanket!! GORGEOUS! It's all so incredible!! Can you believe this? We are going to have SUCH a great time, my friends!

Wow people! The goodies to make this meet up super special are just pouring in. Of course it wouldn't be special with out all the yorkies and yorkie owners too!!! I am so excited I just can't wait. Thanks to everyone that is donating prizes!!! I am sooo happy and it is going to be just wonderful!! And so it the whether!!!
