I see the xray didn't show any other complications that they were not aware
of so things look hopeful for this dear little guy. I think we might have a couple more hrs to wait.

I am soo sorry you have to go thru all this, but he is sooo very blessed to have you as his new forever parents! Bless you!!!! He has come into your life for a reason and its the unconditional love you have been showing him!!!! Thank goodness the surgery is going to be what the vet thought it would be! But we will keep the little guy in our prayers and Weeg and Brasc wish him a speedy recovery!!!!!! He needs to get back to showing Eddie who's boss!!! LOL!!!!!

No news from Jack? Hope everything went smoothly since the X-rays didn't show anything unexpected .... that was encouraging! Will keep the little fella in our prayers.

So sorry the little guy has to through all this . You are something special to take him in and have things fixed up for him. He certainly will give it all back to you in LOVE!!

No word yet.

Doc called at 2:45 (6:45 EST) and said Jack was prepped and stable and surgery was to begin momentarily.

I neglected to ask how long he expected it to take, but I know it's complicated.

OK, good news. Doc just called and leg surgery went great. He's working on some teeth issues now, but the hard work is done with and a success.

Thanks for your concern everybody. He's gonna spend the night, and I'll pick him up tomorrow.
