You actually aren't really merging them - you layer 1st....THEN animate in the animation Shop program....

So you may have 10 pics you want in an avatar - you open all 10 and drag them on top of each other - then when you only have ONE picture left - you open it in Animation shop and SAVE FOR WEB or SAVE OPTIMIZED - I forget which in PSP

I missed this thread! Nobella- how's the PSP coming?

I googled PSP tutorials and got this page:

Tutorials are a great way to learn a new program. You don't need to understand the process; as long as you can find the tools they use in the tutorial, you'll learn the functions of the tools as you go. I downloaded PSP this week, but haven't used it. I use PhotoShop CS2 and I love it! It's a whole-lotta program if you just want to play around with pictures, but if you can get your hands on a copy of it- definitely try it.

I've used GIMP before, which is very similar to PhotoShop and FREE! Here is the website: http://www.gimp.org/

I'm such a dud. This may sound stupid, but I don't even know where to go to open my animation shop program

I'm not doing too well with this..lol...I learned how to make a photo into a collidescope (sp?)..lol

It's a site/forum for people who are into scrapbooking. I'm not into it, BUT, on the site you can do photoshop tutorials and take online classes to learn how to do everything in PS for like $30.
