haha, yeah Jackson lays on the top step. But he also jumps in I tried to upload a picture but even when I make my photo tiny, they never upload on YorkieTalk anymore, so annoying lol.

I sooo love Jackson! And he has that lean, smooth "swimmer's body." Jackson is beyond cute and clever and athletic. Piper thinks water is something to drink, period. And we live within easy walking distance of beautiful (dog-friendly) Lake Geneva...oh well!

Flint has been exploring the backyard. We just started going in the front yard and walking a couple houses down from ours for practice now that he's good on his shots.

Get him to know where he lives, if he ever gets lose hopefully, he will know his way home.

My little Ella loved sunbathing in the backyard or if the neighbours are out, she run along the fence barking (lol). When the weather is good (0degC to 20 degC) we do our long walks around the neighbourhood, then we usually hang out at a park. When it's too cold or too hot, because she needs her exercise, she goes on the treadmill instead.

Yeah, I signed on for same reason and was happy to see some discussion! Funny how Jackson hates the heat. I wonder if there are Yorkies who love it. You'd think their single layer of fur might make it more tolerable. But, yes, Eddie hated it!

After a lifetime of toughing it out, I imagine Jackson wouldn't take to the booties! But it's amazing. When it's cold, mine won't go for a walk if they don't have their booties on. Or worse, they'll just stop and make me pick them up. They don't necessarily like them, but they stay out longer.

Dexter seems to act depressed when the weather is crappy. He’s alright without snow though and will stay out in it. He’s ok in the heat until he gets too warm and then I have to put him in the pool

It may be what they are used to......I have sun bathers here in sunny South Texas. There are days I don't want to be outside because of the heat and humidity and I have pups dying to go out! Let it be cold and they are like me.....ready to hibernate!

I crack up when I see yours running in the snow. My pups would look outside and run and hide if they saw it.
