| We have a fenced in yard and with multiples they chase each other all day. In nicer weather we will take them on random walks but not a scheduled like thing.

| In warm weather I walk my kid around the community just so he knows where he lives should he one day get out of the house or deck. It's not a scheduled thing we do every day. Winter no community walks, Pennsylvania winters can be brutal.

YT Addict | We have a reasonably large fenced back yard with a 30X20 grass area that Elvis just loves to tear around on, running, rolling , frolicking ….. Even so with us living in coyote territory never leave him outside by himself.I’m always close by….

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I'd be lost without our walks -- rain, sleet, snow or cold, we're out there every day. They love it. I'm on the alert for predators all the time, but we've had no real close calls other than stray dogs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NCbblK-65E&t=89s

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I bring snowshoes and trample down the snow ahead of them. Sometimes, I'll go out by myself and make a lap or two before I even bring them! But the more adventurous puppy Cooper tends to like the deep snow. He'll charge off trail and plow it for himself sometimes!

| Isn’t that something. We don’t get much snow here in central Illinois anymore. When we do, I can tell Dexter is wondering what’s this stuff I’m walking in. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Yeah, amazing what they can adapt to when that's all they see. We can have snow on the ground for 8 months, so not walking outside is not an option. I have fleece booties especially made for them by a one-time YTer. As much as they don't like putting them on, they will refuse a snowy walk if they don't have them.
