| Harness sizing help Hello, I am about to get my third baby in a couple of months. She is supposed to only weigh 3-4 pounds at full weight so you can imagine how small she will be when we get her. Where do y’all find you teeny tiny harnesses for a 1-2 pound baby? |

| This is the harness I got for Jax after I brought him home. (Although I got black, not pink.) The extra small fit him from the time he was under two pounds, but it got a little snug by the time he grew to a bit over four pounds. He can still wear it, but since he’s gained a couple of ounces since his neuter surgery, I’ve ordered another one in small, in case he grows more. https://www.amazon.com/PUPPIA-Intern...s%2C232&sr=8-4 |

| A lot of members had to use cat or ferret harness when they had wee little babies until the pup grew enough to fit into a dog harness. Just a suggestion

| This is Jax in his new harness — size small — that just arrived last week. I set it aside when it came and forgot that I’d ordered the small in gray. (The extra small is black.) Jax weighs between four and four and a half pounds (depending on recent intake and output), and the small is a little bit loose on him, although not so loose he could escape from it. There’s also some “give” in the adjustment, so I would guess this size would still fit him if he grew to six pounds — although, since he’s over ten months old now, I doubt that will happen. As I mentioned previously, he started wearing the extra small when he was a few ounces under two pounds, and it still fits him comfortably, it’s just more snug than it was six months ago. |

| After she is fully grown I would go for a buddy belt harness. They last for years and years.
