| I had half a bag but got another just encase. They are 17 pound bags so even with 4 bigger yorkies it last a good amount of time.

| When I was ordering from Chewy to save on shipping fees I always bought 4 ... 4 Lb bags, that lasted just about 4 months, the new regular kibble I can buy local, I bought the same amount, 4 bags but these are 5Lb bags so should last 5 months. They are 35 minutes from me, I always buy in quantity to cut down on making a lot of trips.

| How much food is "hoarding"? Want to know what's polite. How do you "stock up" a lot without hurting others?? |

| I guess that’s all left up to opinion. I had a half of a 17 pound bag and only bought one other 17 pound bag. I think with four dogs and a compromised immune system I could buy another bag and it probably wouldn’t be hoard but I donno. It’s easier to call hoarding with people products I think then dog products. I have just heard chewy and other stores are running out of dog food so I would assume people are buying more then just a little extra.

| I think hoarding would be keeping more than you could use in a reasonable amount of time. JMO, but in today's world I would think that would be 4-6 months of dog food

| I don’t use the one for yorkies. I use the sensitive digestion for small breeds. It has worked awesome with Callie’s IBD.

| We went to Walmart this morning.....Shelves are not only filling, but I got EVERYTHING on my list. Rubbing Alcohol (for 3D Printer), Wipes, Bias Tape (yes, making Masks), and more. I forgot to put Kitty Litter on list! DANG IT! <shakes head at how stupid a move that was!> Walmart even had a LOT of toilet paper here. |

It's good to keep ahead. An Extra. I was raised this way. Or, buy extra if you find what you normally buy on sale.....but this FILLING a cart full of.....fill in the blanks with not just toilet paper.....just stupid! I am betting a lot of these folks are going to get mice in their stash and will find it chewed and.... We lived 50 miles from tee tiny towns in SD. We got stuck out on the Prairie for over 3 months (I wish I were kidding or exaggerating) We were prepaired, at all times, even with animal food. But this. What people are buying in hoards! My Oh My! People. THINK what you really need. | |
