I guess that’s all left up to opinion. I had a half of a 17 pound bag and only bought one other 17 pound bag. I think with four dogs and a compromised immune system I could buy another bag and it probably wouldn’t be hoard but I donno. It’s easier to call hoarding with people products I think then dog products. I have just heard chewy and other stores are running out of dog food so I would assume people are buying more then just a little extra.
