RC is a good food.

LOL...mine are not slow .. I am...and it's getting worse.

I'm feeling a bit older today lol. I have fallen down stairs, fallen down ramps, fallen down hills, fallen in the bath tub but today I bend over to wash my hands in the sink and wham did something to my back.
