| Which Haircut??? Which haircut do you prefer for your baby? How often do you need to take her to the groomer to maintain that cut? |

| We do the puppy cut because it is easier to take care of but I was just looking at some pics from about 3 years ago when we let the face grow longer and I think I am going to go back to that. They look sooooo cute! We take them to the groomer every 8-10 weeks

| I also like the puppy cut but I get it cut a little longer for winter. Summer times goes down almost to shave. I too, like the face a little longer. The true puppy cut makes the face hair too short. Love the fullness in the face when it's left a little longer. |

| I keep mine in a puppy cut. None of mine have the personality for long hair. They get groomed about every 6 weeks give or take.

| I keep Cody in a puppy cut with full face and pony tail top knot, low maintenance and I can mush him up and not worry about tangles and matting and bath time is 1,2,3. He goes every 5 weeks, summer groomer uses a #7 blade, winter it's a #4 blade.

| Is the #7 blade the one that's the shortest -- almost to the skin? |

| I don't know if a #7 is the shortest but it is a very short cut I don't see Cody's skin.

Another groomer "by accident" cut part of his pony tail while trimming his mustache. When I picked him up he looked like baby Pebbles from the Flintstones, that hair is still growing in. Needless to say, I don't use either of these groomers anymore.

| It seems it's getting harder and harder to find a groomer who will listen to what you want. Some of them seem to know only one haircut and that's what they're going to do. Very frustrating! |
