| You need to go to the vet and have it checked out. Could be a skin infection, allergies, yeast, hypothyroidism and so many things.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Hair The scratching is not from any rash or bites that I can see and it just started also .I use multi advantage 2 for the flea , and heart worm preventative. It has always worked .I feed boiled chicken and kibble is ,Toy breed hills science diet dry.I feed twice a day the chicken and leave dry food down. This has been their diet since they was born and ready for food . |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Scratching/itching to the point of hair loss is not normal at all, most especially bc yorkies don't even shed. You should get them to a vet asap bc if both of them started at the same time, then it's likely something contagious. It could be due to severe allergies (which also need to be treated by a vet) - but it would be very odd for both of them to suddenly have allergies at the same time.
