| All You East Coasters Looks like you're getting wholloped with crazy cold, wind, and snow. Be very, very careful if you must go out--you think you know how cold is cold, but ya don't! At least I didn't when back in WI I experienced my first sub-zero in many, many years...Cuddle up with your little ones and stay inside! I suggest watching an old Bette Davis movie (or some such), making popcorn and snuggling under a heavy, soft blanket! |

| They are getting slammed. Hoping everyone in the path of this deadly cold weather stay warm. Prayers going up for the homeless who have no shelter - both human and animal. We are a few hundred miles west of the really bad weather, but it IS cold on the farm. |

| Our roads are very very bad. You can't really tell how much snow we have because the wind is so bad. They try to clear the roads but it just blows back on it. Penny wants to go out and play in the snow and gets mad at me because I only let her do it for a few minutes. I'm hoping this wind doesn't make our power go out. Tonight our low is 7 degrees and if the wind is blowing it will be even colder. I feel so bad for the dogs that still stay chained up outside in this.

| Getting pounded with snow and high winds that I can't even see the end of my driveway with swirling winds here on the mountain. Last night on the weather channel I saw So, New Jersey to get hit with blizzard. Thank you Jkpal for your concern, as far as snuggling with pup, to busy shoveling snow off the deck so Cody has a potty area lol.

| I think we have 4" its really hard to tell the wind is blowing it every where. Our roads are still bad. Penny couldn't get a scent or spot to poo because of the snow so she had her first accident in several months but I don't think I blame her.

| Stay warm and cuddle those Yorkie babies! When it was 5 degrees this morning it was very very nice to have potty pads available

| lol, when Cody has to poop he walks back and fourth several times, then circles several times, then it's the back and fourth walking, then circle. When it snows he has to use the deck, my deck is high and to dangerous to be clearing steps to get to yard and clear a spot. I keep sweeping the deck but the winds are so high it just blows back, so there's about an inch of snow. No walking back and fourth, no circling out, poop, and runs back in, it is frigid here on the mountain. I put him on my lap and hold his lil paws to warm them up.

| How low are your temperatures factoring in the wind chill? Please, please be very careful, cuz your storm can be life-threatening. Hopefully you can enjoy staying safely and warmly inside with cuddly four-legged babies! Piper finds cold weather somewhat exhausting, yes?! |

| I put him on my lap and hold his lil paws to warm them up. I do exactly the same thing! Plus, I often toss her fleece blanket around her, so she knows I get how cold her little ordeal (of like 15 seconds) was...! |

Night temps with wind chill factor is -7 to -20, day temps staying at 16 to 18 with chill factors of 8 to 10 degrees. This is the coldest start to winter in the 15 years I have lived In Pennsylvania. Cody LOVES dashing out on the deck looking up into the tress for those pesky squirrels lol, now it's dash out and dash in lol. I use to wrapped him in his blankie that only gave him the zoomies and he wanted out again lol, so it's just pad warming's.
