Our roads are very very bad. You can't really tell how much snow we have because the wind is so bad. They try to clear the roads but it just blows back on it. Penny wants to go out and play in the snow and gets mad at me because I only let her do it for a few minutes. I'm hoping this wind doesn't make our power go out. Tonight our low is 7 degrees and if the wind is blowing it will be even colder. I feel so bad for the dogs that still stay chained up outside in this.
