Yes, could be worse. At least this little one didn't get shipped in from Korea because a 'boyfriend' (code for the girlfriend wanted it but didn't want to admit it because she knew it was wrong) wanted it...oh, but I digress....
Unfortunately, it appears you did not know better than to purchase a puppy so young. Like someone else said, this puppy needs a lot of care and attention, more even than a puppy that leaves appropriately at 12 weeks, because all of the things the mother teaches a puppy up until this time will not be taught.
So, please make sure you visit a vet who doesn't tell you only what you want to hear which is 'all is ok'. Clearly, that is not true because the puppy is stressed and constipated. Keep coming back for advice and we will help where we can. The most important thing is to keep this little one under medical supervision until 12 weeks, at least, as various issues can still arise even when the constipation and stress is overcome.
