![]() Max doesn't go for walks..too spoiled! He has a big fenced in backyard to play in. We snowblower for the girls but they have the long hair (shiz tzus) and they love playing in the snow. Poor baby boy, it rained and he wouldn't go outside. I made him stay outside till he went potty then he came in wet and shivering. I felt like a terrible mom but he has to know he wasn't born in Florida! But the leg warmers, scarf has helped but now I need to sew him some rain gear! Then snow gear!

![]() I used to have a big beach umbrella in backyard so Piper had a dry place to go, in every sense of the word, but the pole broke in a wind storm. The other day I, too, insisted that Piper stay out in the pouring rain until she did her business. And she finally did! Did I mention that she insisted I stay out in the pouring rain with her? Yep, hard to say which of us was more drenched. I could change clothes, of course, during which time Piper decided to dry off on the couch then damply plop down on my side of the bed! Don't tell me she doesn't know exactly what she's doing--despite her 'uh, what?' sweet expression--which works, cuz I just had to laugh at her fair-is-fair (me outside, too) and then payback for making her go outside in the rain (damp couch and bed)!

![]() I used the hair dryer on him and he loved it...nice and warm. All those baths when he was a pup has paid off and he doesn't mind the blow dryer! I got soaked too...I'm going to make him a rain slicker, he'll be so cute! He'll be dry and I'll be wet 😀 Gotta wonder who's smarter at our house?
