I just want to thank all of you for helping me and Mia make this surgery and the post surgery days much better. Your genuine interest, your kind words and knowledge will be always appreciated. I took Mia to the vet and the vet found everthing is fine, including her mouth after the extractions. She's actually eating more now than before the surgery and feels very comfortable wesring her onesie. So I've left her on her. Again couldn't be happier. I will continue to participate in YT and hopefully will be able to help someone as much as you guys helped me😊

I used Oneises for Mia when she was spayed. Easy - I cut a hole for her tail and that's the only adjustment I made. It was loose enough at snaps, but not too loose so she could get to her incision. When I took her out potty, I'd just unsnap and pull up on her back a little. Never had one problem. I think she actually liked wearing them. It was the winter months and I think she felt comfy and cozy and my goodness, did she ever look adorable.

I bought the onesies and cut them as recommended here. My Pixie didn't use the cone after her spaying surgery. However, by the 10th day after the surgery, she figured out how to take off the upper part of the onesie. Luckily, it was tight enough around her belly and she didn't get to mess with her stitches. Thanks for the onesies advice!
