Yorkie Video Production Hello group, I am a rescue dog owner and last year to learn more about my favorite breeds I put together a 45m film called Silkys Aussies Yorkies which I did to feature the personalities of the breeds and what they are like to live with on a daily basis; because I had never seen a video with that information. I have not released the video publicly, but I just recently condensed a new edit out of that original film to be more topic oriented on the breeds as a whole. So far I have finished only the Silky Terrier porition... The reason I would like to make this known to the forum here is I own the rights to these clips 100% and would like to donate them or otherwise promote them to the point they might be of help or entertainment to silky/aussie/yorkie communities. For instance if rescue programs might like them on their website or have a hardcopy on hand for showing etc. Also if anybody has some enthusiasm for them towards a specific need I would be happy to edit and tailor them to meet that. Or if anyone is in my area that would like to volunteer additional footage for me to make new edits. (for instance I am a little lacking for my Yorkie segment with regards to the real typical show looking yorkies). Anyway my clip can be seen on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5F7UM-t597s for now if anybody would like to check it out. Thanks for the time and space!

I'm not sure I am getting it...Do you have different videos of different breeds and the video shows each breed at play, rest, work, show? I am interested in your project and look forward to learning more...

First off, thanks a million! Means a lot to me. I pretty much made these without considering what I should do when their done . I don't really have any connections in the dog community, I was thinking some rescue or breed-specific organization might like to use them. I am surprised to get a good number of views on youtube and maybe that is a fine place for it? But like I say I still have Aussie and Yorkie segments to go so I thought perhaps somebody on this forum would like to use it and I could tailor elements for them or grab some clips if open to sharing as I'm a little low on content for the Yorkie part. I'd love to do my bit to help give back to the breed so to speak!

Ya just gotta, gotta do Yorkies!!!! Really-truly, your video was exactly right in content, information, filming, humor, pertinence, and you provided the kind of information people want to know---everyday life with these little dogs, the good, not-so-good, what to expect. You were not too basic, not too scientific, not too much history---just exactly right. In fact, I'm off to watch your video again. Please continue in your efforts--you have a gift, I think! Did I mention that YOU JUST GOT TO, GOT TO, GO TO DO YORKIES?!!

| great video very well done, are you a professional at it. when you do yorkies, I know several rescue groups that would probably love to have it, in fact it might be a good idea to contact some of them as it might help you with some content

Brittany - thanks so much for contributing, I changed e-mail during the summer and lost your address so I'm glad you're able to see it and approve! Jkpal - Many thanks! The efforts of production are well payed off by super comments like this, Yorkies and Australian Terriers are definitely on the way. Donna - Yes that's exactly what I was hoping for that I might show my Silky Terrier video here and if people in the Yorkie community liked the gist of it: I could make some contacts to obtain new footage and to make sure I cover all the topics people want to hear about when it comes to Yorkies.
