Yorkie puppy is fat?

This one looks like he's gonna be a tall one He actually looks lanky in the picture and not fat at all lol
my girl would shrink and expand every other week when she was a baby lol the vet told me they aren't concerned about the weight being a bit over cause she'll burn that off real fast. But now that she's a little over a year old she is actually a little bit overweight by a couple of pounds (she had gotten lazy over the summer since it was too hot to take her out, etc.), but now that it's cooled down, we can go out and walk more
