Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | When I was breeding - many years ago, Had to know a lot about the forever home. if they had kids under a certain age - and not a secure fenced yard would sell. If they had another dog - I tried to stay away from that, but if they did, I would ask to see the other dog....... - were they financially able to take care of the pup, and my list went on ....................

| What a mess up. I'm so sorry about all this. Do look at rescue yorkies or try another breeder. No doubt you will have better luck next time. |

| YorkieKiss--Upon hearing your side of things, I am sincerely sorry for my earlier harsh post. It's always about what's best for our canines--always! And quite often, we have only our 'instincts' to go on...You know what the situation was and you made your best decision based on that. I hope everything goes well for all concerned. |

| LITTLE KISS- CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) MEMBERSHIP! TO RUFUSYORKIE & OTHERS INTERESTED IN THIS THREAD 1) To prove that you are a LIAR attached is my CKC 2015 MEMBERSHIP CARD! Shows that you cannot be trusted making lies that I am not a registered CKC member and that my dogs aren't registered, because they are! YES I AM A CKC MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING! Anyone can call CKC to ask about my standing with them! CKC= CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB because I reside in CANADA. It is equivalent to AKC in USA. 2) Attached is a copy of the transfer stating that the funds was sent back to puppy client. I refunded the FULL amount. Like I stated if my puppy is NOT going to a safe and loving home, the $ is not worth anything to me! The health and happiness of my puppies are my priority and if it means REFUSING a sale, I will do it AGAIN if I have too! I love my babies, they are born in my home and the first voice they hear is mine...I care about them to much to let them go just anywhere. Its not first come first serve basis. I try my best to interview my potential clients! Yes I stay in touch with nearly 99% of my puppy clients. Facebook makes it that much easier to do so and I am lucky to be able to see them to grow when they leave my care My puppies range from $2300-$3500 each for my traditional black/blue & gold YORKIES. But I am not on here to defend my prices. I respect that everyone has their own set budget on what they would like or can spend on a puppy and I FULLY RESPECT that! I am not making anyone purchase a puppy from me. |

YT 500 Club Member | And why wasn't that stated as the defining issue when you cancelled the deal? I can understand the mind frame of the breeder completely, but it may not have turned out so dramatic and personal if they were told the basis of your decision and maybe even BEFORE the exact pick up day. Also was the info verified on the voluntary surrendering of the prior dog? Last edited by Opium88; 11-10-2015 at 02:56 AM. |

| I personally have a girlie from Deana and she has been the best and most accommodating breeder I have ever met. My dog is perfect, happy and was completely loved before I got him. She does what's best for the puppies and any decent person would respect that. |

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | To the original Poster: Now that you know Deana is a CKC breeder - you can write a letter of complaint to head office which is here in Toronto. The complaint will be investigated and both sides of the story will be heard - and supporting documentation provided by each party reviewed. To the Breeder: It is definitely not professional to without notice to the purchasers that you changed your mind. Even if the dog surrender information came to you on the day before they were owed at least an email letter and an immediate partial transfer of their money. I do know that my bank has an upper limit on $$ transferred via email daily.

| It just shows how important it is to check out a breeder...I just got my baby from Edmonton, and a very reputable breeder I might add. Miss Kiss, your prices are ridiculous....with the way our economy is at present, Im surprised someone was even willing to give you that price. Im not sure what transpired here, but what ever it is...its not good....I do however, question the price...just check out Kijiji there are approx. 6 adds selling Yorkies. Not one is over the $1,800 mark.

YT 500 Club Member | Ok first off, i feel like we're being insulted by a third grader. in fact I may know a couple third graders that have better social skills and vocabulary than you have demonstrated thus far. If you cannot refrain from using derogatory terms in your responses, maybe it's best you that you don't respond at all. No one appreciates the light in which you used the word "retard". That is beyond rude and childish. And wrong considering most people with an actual mental handicap are considerably more polite and well mannered than you seem capable of. Insulting doesn't begin to describe your entrance so far. Sorry to everyone else if Im coming off wrong, but some people bring out the bitch in me. |
