Now that you know Deana is a CKC breeder - you can write a letter of complaint to head office which is here in Toronto. The complaint will be investigated and both sides of the story will be heard - and supporting documentation provided by each party reviewed.

To the Breeder:

It is definitely not professional to without notice to the purchasers that you changed your mind. Even if the dog surrender information came to you on the day before they were owed at least an email letter and an immediate partial transfer of their money. I do know that my bank has an upper limit on $$ transferred via email daily.
