| YT 1000 Club Member | I don't know if I will ever listen to a vet again when they say to get them both fixed at the same time! The puppies did well last night and are currently sleeping in the play pen near me. If I didn't have 2 other dogs this might work better. The minute the puppies are out of the play pen the other dogs want to play with them, like they usually do. The other dogs don't understand that they don't feel like and can't play. I have had to keep sending the big dog into the other room. The problem with that is he can jump the gate because I can't close a door. Teek isn't quite as bad but he does not understand why they are not playing, but Teek only plays some during the day so distracting him by playing with him is working so far. A week of this though? I don't know. I will have help this weekend so maybe it will be easier. I am so tempted to put the big dog outside (which I never do) and just put him on a tie out we use when we are out working in the yard, but he is never left out there and I am not sure he would be okay. They are doing well though and the onesies seem to be working well for them. I will just be happy when they are back to themselves. Rowan is content to sleep in the playpen but Raksha wants to be held all day. She is the needy/clingy one of the two.

| Happy to see they puppies are home and surgery went well. Take a deep breath, this is just short term, by time you have adjusted to separating the two other dogs the pups will be back to their normal naughty little selves.

| YT 1000 Club Member | The onesies are helping a lot. It helps keep them from licking at their stiches. However, I had 7 clean last night when I brought the puppies home and now have 1 clean one (plus the 2 they are wearing). I have to go pick up the kids in a few minutes so they can wear these for the 10-15 mins I will be gone. When I get home I will wash all that need it. I might pick up another 3 pack of them after someone is home that can watch them for me. They are doing well. Sleeping all day. Content to lay on the couch with me as long as I keep our big dog away from them. Teek is being good and leaving them alone. They have ate a little today and drank as well.
