| ![]() Piper and I were leaving the casino after visiting co-workers and as I held the glass door open for her, Piper 'missed' the open door and instead walked into the solid glass panel next to it...I heard this little thunk and looked down only to see Piper looking up at me like 'what kinda sick joke is that?' But I told her through my laughter that I had done exactly the same thing awhile back. It's funny cuz it just turns out that Piper and I share a lot of similar (rather clutzy) characteristics. |

| ![]() Daisy used to love burying her doggie biscuits in the back yard so she could come back later and dig up her delectable morsel and eat it. She would bury it in one spot and maticulously cover it just so with grass and leaves. She spent a lot of time at it so it was perfect. But she fretted and fretted that it might not be the best spot, so she would dig it up and walk to the other side of the yard, find the perfect spot again, and repeat the whole procedure. She would do this several times before she was satisfied enough to walk away and leave it there. It was almost painful to watch the frustration that went along with this. DH and I always laughed at that TV commercial where the dog worried so much about the burial spot for his bone that he rode the bus to the bank and put it In a lock box for safe keeping. Then he worried more and ended up bringing it home and guarding it next to his bed. It was so funny because that was Daisy to a "T". But what Daisy didn't realize was that Teddy Bear was lying still casually watching her every move. As soon as Daisy finally walked away from the biscuit, exhausted, Teddy Bear casually trotted over, moved the leaves off of it and ate it. The look on Daisy's face said it all. If doggies have curse words, I'm sure Daisy was using them on Teddy. We couldn't help but laugh. We had to laugh too because every time we would know what the end result would be but I guess each time she thought she had outsmarted him. She never has but she is still trying. Haha

| ![]() I think at some point I shared this little story about our Tova. It happened one evening while we were relaxing in the den. I realized Tova was very quite and out of sight and usually she would be there with Tosh. So I started looking for her and I couldn't find her anywhere in the den but there was no way she could have gotten out. At this time she was very young and we always have gates up to keep her and Tosh in the den because we have a several door entrances. Well my husband and I started getting worried where was she and how did she get passed our gates. My husband had been lounging in his new recliner rocker and he joined in my search for Tova she wasn't making a sound. Then my husband said what in the world happened to my chair???wellll there was a bump hanging from the back of his chair. He started looking and felt the bump and yes there she was all safe and cuddled. She had climbed through an opening in the fabric near the base of the chair at some point. When my husband had gotten up up the chair actually folded her up inside . She snug as a bug all cuddled an safe. Once we found her we could then laugh about her hanging out the back of the chair making a strange bump.

| ![]() Uni will try to bury certain toys. Problem is she tries to bury them in the couch cushions. No wonder she can't get anything to cover them up! She keeps pushing imaginary dirt over it with her nose. All it does is make her nose hairs go down over her nose. If you look at her while she's doing it, she'll pick it up and find somewhere else to hide it.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | ![]() This one wasn't the funniest but it happened today . . I gave Galen a piece Plato Turkey and cranberry. Well he runs in the the living room on his bed. Tries to bury it. . . I thought he then ate it. . Then he is runnning around the living room crying. . .it startled me. i asked him what is the matter Bug. He then goes on top of a cover that is on the floor. Hunched over he drops his yum on. Looks at it. Then he picks it up and off again to his bed and finally eats it.
