| Does anyone use walk thru gates? I keep a baby gate in the hall to keep the boys out of the bedrooms (carpet). Hubby alway complains; says he's gonna fall and break his neck! I've seen them in petco & dogs.com catalogs, but, which one to get? Do you like one any better than the other? Can you get them at Petsmart? I'm 2 hrs away from petsmart, but would rather drive and see than order. |

| We bought a swinging gate at Walmart for around $29. Works great. |

| OMG do I EVER have GATES?! I have walk thru gates in just about every doorway in my house! My dogs are my pets and I let them be wherever I am, but I don't like them being able to wander away from where I am at, at the moment I am there. SOOOOO, I got, walk-thru gates. Problem is, I have 2 little doggies that are soo darn small that they walk-thru the walk-thru gates even when they're SHUT!!! SOOOOO, I had to find a walk-thru gate that was walk-thru for humans, that was NOT walk-thru for doggies. Problem solved! Gerry (the pet version of Evenflo) makes a gate that is a mesh, instead of being just up and down bars so that the little ones that were playing like Casper the friendly ghost and walking thru the closed gates, can no longer do that...hehehe. I'll have to post some pics later when I get home, but for now, here's an attachment of what those gates look like. It probably goes without saying, but if anyone needs any of the gates in the SECOND picture, let me know! I have a few of these that I will NOT be using!

| Thanks for the replys......those gates look exactly like what I need. My two are 6 & 7 lbs. We had to put lattis on our deck over the bars. Now I don't mind them being there without me. Thats the only time they get out without a harness & leash, no fenced yard. |

| The first picture cracks me up!! The human is on the tiled floor side and the pet is on the carpet side, LOL!! I have two of these plastic/mesh type gates, thank goodness! Id rather them be the swinging type but there're not...So I climb over. Depending how much wine I have at night is whether or not I climb it over w/out breaking my neck.
