| Do you make out with your yorkie? HAHA!! When I say make out, I mean do you let them give you kisses/licks on the lips? No I don't give Uni the tongue! Though she sure give it to me! I will ask her for a kiss and pucker my lips and she will almost always give me some kisses. But when I pull away after a few seconds, she does the chattering teeth thing and her tongue kinda sticks out a bit. If I let her go in for some more she gives me more kisses but once I back off she does it again! What a weirdo! So, anyone else's dog do this? Am I the only crazy one? (Don't answer that.)

| Mines not a real kisser. I'm the one who smothers her with kisses. The only time she gets mushy is when she's falling asleep. She will give me kisses on my hands, but only cause I taught her that instead of biting. I've resigned myself to life on Sunni's terms, lol! |

| Dinky gives nose kisses. I'm like Lucy in Peanuts if you remember that. She did not like dog kisses on her lips! |

| Max and Sasha will both sit on my chest when I am in the recliner and just go to town. Toni always yells at me to stop it saying "That's gross!" I have taught them both to "kiss" on command. Glad to see I am not the only smoocher out there!

| I'm more apprehensive with Toto giving me kisses, seeing as how he ate his poop once. After that I just can't get that out of my head. I'll let him lick my hand. LOL

| You are not the only weirdo. Max is a major kisser. He likes to kiss dad the most. Remember how we talked about Uni and Max being able to bark their heads off upside down and while following other commands? Max can be in the middle of a barking jag and will follow the command to give me a kiss, then go right back to barking. He also has a signature kiss, two licks followed by a gentle nose bite. Teddy likes to receive kisses and has recently started giving them.

| Tibbe isn't much of a big kisser - just kind of does the quick, tiny licks though he still tries to slip in the tongue up an unsuspecting nostril or inside compressed lips - except for a couple of times a week when he just gets passionate about it and we totally make kissyface until I can't take it anymore. I'm first to pull out as Tibbe seems stuck on "go" during those times, just bathing my face and arms down as if he's in robot mode.

| Maybe when Addie and Raider stop eating their poop, but not now. There was a toddler in the area that recently died from a disease that he got from being licked by the family dog. It was a big story in the local paper and the tv news. |

| Here's an article about a 53-year old grandmother that died as the result of her dog licking her hand. She had a cut on her hand and some medical issues. Animal-lover died from rare infection after pet DOG licked her hand | Daily Mail Online |

| Yikes! What was the disease? Did the toddler already have a compromised immune system? or what's the story? I didn't hear about this.

| It wasn't a toddler it was a 53 year old grandmother. She had her spleen - the organ which prevents bacterial infection - removed in 1998. This is a VERY rare case. Letting your dog lick you is a personal choice. But not letting your dog lick you because of this case would be like not going for a walk because you might get hit by a meteor.
