Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Wow...played by a puppy... I've had a bit of a time lately, but my little Bonnie has been an incredible blessing. She came into my life just 2 months before I would need her comforting and lively energy. However, I found out she has a dark side...lol...She is trained to ring bells on the door to go outside. This morning I was sitting at the coffee table eating breakfast. She rang the bells so I got up to take her out. As soon as I got to the door with the leash (she is waiting impatiently) the little stinker made a bee line for the coffee table, grabbed my food onto the floor and started scarfing down what she could as fast as possible! I'm sorry...but I dropped the leash and just laughed ridiculously. I was played by a 5 month old puppy. Fortunately my breakfast was just scrambled egg and toast and I got it back before she ate much, but I just couldn't believe it. |

| Sounds like my Shih Tzu, Parker. At about 5 months he learned that if Lexi was playing/chewing on something he wanted, he would ring the bell to distract her and run in and grab the toy from her. I laugh every time he would do it. Lexi is starting to catch on so he doesn't do it as much any more. Lexi used to also ring the bell to get my attention when she wanted to play with me and I wasn't paying attention to her. |

| That's too funny!!! She had it all figured out and played you perfectly. These little stinkers know just how to get what they want - even if it means fibbing to mommie about something they "need". Right! She "needed" to share your breakfast with you! Amazing that a 5 mo. old puppy figured out just how to work it and sorry to say, this is could be a predictor of her future persona, that of a precious little con. I myself have a sweet little con of my own - a past master at the game of conning mom. And what would we do without our little cons?

| What a little smarty. I am so happy you have her in your life to divert some of the stress you have had recently. There is nothing like a little puppy to keep you on your toes, and to lift your spirits.

| Yup......I've been played too. My con artist was drinking out of my glass of water that I sit on the night stand. I don't know how long she has been doing this. What's weird is that she only did this when I wasn't in the room. I only caught her because she didn't hear me coming in the room.....and bam she was busted. I don't even what to think about how I've been drinking after my dog who eats anything and everything including cat poop. I shudder just thinking about it. EWWWWWWW!!! |
