This morning I was sitting at the coffee table eating breakfast. She rang the bells so I got up to take her out. As soon as I got to the door with the leash (she is waiting impatiently) the little stinker made a bee line for the coffee table, grabbed my food onto the floor and started scarfing down what she could as fast as possible! I'm sorry...but I dropped the leash and just laughed ridiculously. I was played by a 5 month old puppy. Fortunately my breakfast was just scrambled egg and toast and I got it back before she ate much, but I just couldn't believe it. |
She must be related to Cody. Cody has a special whine when he wants to go out. In the mornings I have my coffee in the living room. As soon as I get out of bed I turn on the coffee maker and let him out. When he come in the coffee is ready, I'll just about sit down to have my first sip, Cody whines, out again, So up I get, go to back door, open door, no Cody, ohhhh noooo, he's drinking my coffee. Talk about con artist, now I take my cup with me for this game of his, but he does manage to get it during the course of the day. Don't worry, there's plenty of 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar in it, still I don't want him drinking coffee, I find when he gets just a few laps he needs more pee-pee outings. Ya just gotta love these lil yorkies lol.
