| Just a small update on how Daisy is doing... as you all know, she was SO timid and skiddish when we brought her home (not being socialized before) well I wont say is isn't timid anymore...but she is doing SO much better. The past few days, she has really been all over the house..exploring, following me from room to room, going into rooms herself, sitting on the couch while Im busy in the kitchen. All while before she spent 98% of her time in my bedroom. She is tolerating the boys a little more also. Im thrilled that she is becoming more social around the house. Also- we are day two of NO accidents what so ever. She is giong to the door alot more. Even if she walks in that direction, if Im there and see her, I say "outside" and she perks up and out we go! So if I can stay consistent, which I fully intend to do, I think she'll get the hang of it relatively quick! Im just so happy that we're heading on teh right track in these areas. Once we get her teeth dne and fixed, we'll be even better!!! Just wanted to share my excitment

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I am really glad that Daisy is doing so much better...I have a shy girl, Sailor, as well and she has her good days and bad days, some times she wants to be independent and others she is underfoot all day!!! Give her some more time and she will become more and more independent!

one more funny thing I didn't share! We have an outside dog, Angie, a 50lb staffordshire bull terrier. Well Daisy wants nothing to do with her. Angie follows us when I walk daisy, sniffs her, in her face, and Daisy just ignores her. Well 2 days ago she must have had enoguh, because when Angie got to close, Daisy got up on her hind legs and swatted Angie in the face! And it wasn't a playful move either...I couldnt help but laugh..saying "and what do you think YOU can do with that size difference!" too funny!

| How cool! What a lucky girl she is to have found you! Yorkies are very adaptable dogs and this just proves it. They just want love and attention and I believe that even the one's who haven't had a really good life in the beginning can adapt to a new lifestyle and will welcome it with open paws! |

| Way To Go, Daisy!!!! Kim, if you really want to encourage this behavior, you might secretly drop a treat here and there so that she'll think that "great things come from scarey places".
