Whoa, easy there ColesMommy. I believe LovetoDream is simply providing and sharing info...I don't see any reason for your rather harsh response; I don't think LovetoDream was being critical of you personally. How your dogs are raised is your business, of course; you obviously have experience. Enjoy your new baby--whichever you choose.

You're concern for unspayed pets is admirable, but my thread was not asking whether or not to spay/neuter. No, I don't think neutering will guarantee he is non aggressive. Itmay but it's not a guarantee and as I stated before I have reasons(more than one) for not fixing him. He is aggressive with other dogs when they are in his "space", which I personally don't have a problem with. This puppy will be raised with him as he was raised with our bully. Just like with introducing animals that have NEVER shown aggression I'd never just throw a puppy in with an adult(or any) animal. I know my Rasta better than you do and I'll know my puppy better than you also. I know my limitations when it comes to animal care and responsibility. Please do not derail my thread.

I am just trying to add some info and show my concern for the situation. If you feel my post breaks the rules you should report it. Non spayed females scare me because of all the risks.

I'm not sure what's with the threats? Threads go off the main topic a lot. Again I was just voicing my concern.

I would think it would be very hard to choose a puppy just by the pictures. Will you be able to visit them in person before making your decision? Sometimes the puppy just picks you. My little Peanut did.

She's sent a few pics and they're all so cute! Yes, I'll be able to visit them when they're 8 weeks. I'm hoping my girl will be like your Peanut and pick me so i won't have to make the decision myself lol.

Honestly, Taylor's thoughts are very relevant to your thread whether you choose to listen or not.

There is no way on earth I would have an intact female bully breed dog and bring an intact female yorkie into my home.

I personally think you are courting danger.

As for breeders choosing pups, I wish more would take the time to keep their pups longer and evaluate their personalities and give thought to where the pup was going to live. As for your breeder not being concerned about your intact dogs, I can tell you I am shocked, but maybe someone else would disagree with me. Would love to hear some other breeders on here give some input on this....IF you allow it. I would not as a rescuer do it, but then, I never place any intact dogs. I think you need to spend some time discussing this with bully breed folks and perhaps reach out to some of the breeders on this forum.

At least you have some time to think about all of this. Hopefully all will go well.

Since I have only my Bella, I was the one who picked her, not the breeder. Since you have concerns about size and temperament, I think that the breeder will have a better idea of which puppy will have the best fit with your other dogs. Since you are also going for a different color, you might want to mention that to the breeder so it can be taken into account when they make a final recommendation to you.
