| About $60. That was before I started grooming myself. But I don't do her nails , vet is $20, pet smart $12 and the dog rescue was $5. I go to each but frequent the vet Bc it's closer, quicker and they handle nicer even though more expensive .

| My girl's grooming cost between $35-45 and that's for everything, the only thing that adjusts the cost is the type of haircut (partial/sanitation or full cut) or if she gets any special coat/skin treatment. I take her once a month (I keep her in a short cut, but we are working towards the Asian Fusion style) cause her hair grows like a weed. In between, I'll give her an in-between bath, trim the hair around her paw pads, and maybe even trim down her nails if they get a little too long. And of course lots of brush her hair is so soft and kept short enough I can just brush her over with a human baby brush, which she loves.

| My pup will be 5 months old on Monday and I took her in yesterday for her first puppy trim at Petsmart. It was only $16 which included, bath, brush, nails, sanitrim, and general trim and would cost $33 on the next visit due to her age but that is never going to happen because I had a horrible experience and I will never take her back there. I called a few days ahead to get appointment and it was for 330. This was her second time there, the first time went smooth but it was just for a bath and brush. We arrived 10 minutes ahead to give time for check in. I was told she would be ready by 6 at the latest and they would call. 630 came and still no call, I called the store 3 times never could get anyone from grooming on the phone. Panic set in so I decided to go into the store to check on her. I looked through the window and she wasn't in there being worked on so why haven't they called? I went in and asked where she was and why her groomer was working on another dog. I was told that she wouldn't the dryer. WHAT??? She is bathed every week at home and has never had a problem with dryer before. I asked where she was and they said in back and that she would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked, in the back where in a kennel cold and wet?? I demanded to see my puppy and they went in the back and my son saw her through the door and someone had her on a table trying to dry her and she was tolerating it perfectly fine. So Im literally standing at the counter staring at these people and trying to keep my cool and then 40 (not 20 minutes) later they finally bring her out to a grooming table looking exactly the same way she did when I dropped her off!!! The groomer started to brush her and I told them to just give her to me because I was ready to go she had been there long enough locked in a kennel cold and wet. I understand that grooming takes time but she had been there several hours for nothing and I didn't want to stress her anymore. I have decided that I need to learn how to do my own grooming from now on. |

| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | As with everything, it depends on the groomers at the location. The PetSmart near us does a great job and usually are on time. I have only been there once for a puppy trim and nails but my daughter has been going for a year. I plan to do most of my own grooming but if I need help, I will probably go there. |

| I use a mobile groomer and I go near my dads house - a cheaper area, so it's $55 for Jackson full groom (shave his body, scissored face, anal glands, nails, etc) and I always give at least a $10 tip. The other mobile groomers around where I normally live charged between $75-$90. I was lucky to end up with such a GREAT one at such a good price. And she comes right to my driveway.

| Another home groomer here, too. I trim her nails, too. I was paranoid of taking Tatiana to the groomers. Read too many horror stories. Plus, I don't think Tatiana would like it either. She only trusts me. She would stress out too much. |

| I took Brody, then Brody and Mia to a groomer for mini trims...ear trim, face, round paws, sanitary, nail clips, etc. but no hair cut on body since I was growing them out. My groomer was excellent, they had genuinine appointments and were done within a couple hours max and she would call they were done so we could pick them up. They were calm and not stressed when we picked them up, so we were very happy with her, but that groomer closed, so I started doing everything. Now, I still do everything but nails...I sometimes clip nails, too...LOL. We go to a new place much further away for nail clips, but mostly because my new groomer does nails so quickly and appropriately priced that I cannot do them at home in the same time I can drive the three kids there, get her to clip them and drive them home. They love getting all dressed up and making the trip, and all the sniffy-sniffing they get to do there...LOL. She and her staff are super duper with all the dogs I have seen there, and even the tiny, super lovey kitten that was loving all over my Yorkies and all the other, and much bigger dogs, last time demonstrate what a wonderful, caring place it is for grooming. This groomer came highly recommended and we have not been disappointed in the least. I hope you find a groomer who suits your needs.

| If anyone lives in the Syracuse NY area and could recommend a groomer, I would appreciate it. I looked online in Yelp and only could find the box groomers. I took Duncan last week to PetSmart for a puppy groom and cut which was on sale for $25. The couple I did call from online quoted me prices starting at $60 which I thought was quite expensive. I don't know anyone with yorkies except one lady at work and she does her own. I don't want to take Duncan to just anyone without knowing anything about them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

| I pay $76.00 plus tip for Trixie to be bathed, groomed and have her nails trimmed. The cost also covers free interim nail trimming and any facial or butt trimming between groomings. I usually have her groomed every three months. Her groomer is great with her and lets me bring her in at the end of the day so she is only there about an hour or two.

| There's a local lady that drives to ppl's houses to groom their pets. She charged $20 for Pippi since I only wanted a trim & nails clipped. She is really good at the basics. I know that's really cheap.
