As SirTeddykins suggested She's just had major surgery. Since she was just spayed give it a bit more time, the spaying may help. If not, start retraining again. If she pees on the floor I would take her pee pad, absurd the pee with the pad, place the pad where you want her to go, bring her to the pad and tell her pee pee on the pad while patting on the pad or what ever words you use, but have her pee scent on the pad.
