Thank you for that! There have only been a couple times we have caught her in the act of going in the house (usually she is so fast you turn your back for 3 seconds and she had already gone) and I was so surprised I didn't know what to do or say! I like the loud clap idea!

However....she can easily go all night without an accident. Should that make me not worry as much about an infection?

As SirTeddykins suggested She's just had major surgery. Since she was just spayed give it a bit more time, the spaying may help. If not, start retraining again. If she pees on the floor I would take her pee pad, absurd the pee with the pad, place the pad where you want her to go, bring her to the pad and tell her pee pee on the pad while patting on the pad or what ever words you use, but have her pee scent on the pad.
